We cooked up something different to launch the Adidas Adizero Pro 3 — the world's first sub-100g race shoe — ahead of the London Marathon.
We brought the worlds of Michelin-star dining and elite running shoe design together. Because in both worlds, ingredients matter and every gram counts.
With Michelin star chef Tom Sellers at the helm, alongside cultural foodie tastemakers Jesse Burgess and Mam Sham,
we served invited guests a precision-plated <100g dish inspired by the shoe, before guests were able to put the world's lightest race-day weapon to the test.
From the heat of the kitchen to the race track. Same perfection. Same obsession. Come Sunday: two winners, a new world record, and a sub-2 hour marathon. Chef’s kiss.
